Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective packaging or a similar heavy-duty plastic wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
